Make sure to bring your Daybooks. We will begin revisiting and reviewing Unit 1 from the beginning of the school year. We will be marking moments of significant learning and elements that stuck out to you for various reasons.
We will write a portion of our research paper, using MLA format and citations, that answers the question, "How did the texts we explored in this unit contribute to the formation of American identity?"

You will post a page detailing this with pictures from your daybook and adding this to your research paper. This counts as a whopping 25% OF YO
 
Bring in a paper,(typed if possible) about your Harlem Renaissance subject. Your paper should answer:

Who were they?
What significant contributions did they make to the Harlem Renaissance?
Why should your audience care? Why is that important?

A final TYPED version is due THU-FRI this week, depending  on your assigned presentation day.
